As your heating system circulates, the various particles picked from your pipes and radiators; like rust, sludge etc start to build up. This, in turn, causes blockages in some radiators and elsewhere meaning that your pump has to work harder and your boiler will not run as efficiently either. Potentially limiting the lives of both, while costing you money in increased heating bills and costly repairs.

What does Magnaclean do?
Magnaclean, is in effect, a magnetic filter that sits inline behind the central heating pump. It’s a small unit and the water flowing through the central heating sytem passes through this filter each time it circulates. Any ferrous particles will be attracted to the magnetic core of the Magnaclean system and removed from circulation.
Particles trapped in the filter, won’t build up elsewhere and as such won’t contribute to pump wear or blockages. This will have the knock on effect of keeping your central heating system running at peak efficiency, so you’ll not only spend less on gas, but you’ll also spend less on repairs and maintenance – Magnaclean saves you money twice and it doesn’t even cost that much to begin with.
